Engaging loyalty programs
Our initial focus is on understanding your customer and the connection they have with your brand. With that understanding we can begin to develop concepts around the program that will excite and deepen relationships. Rewarding experiences do not have to be all about discounts, they can take the form of ease-of-use, exclusivity, recognition, games and entertainment, etc.
With the high level concepts approved, we will begin to fill in the details. Specific earn mechanics, rewards, game logic, and experiences will be defined.
The program needs a solid financial foundation as a way of rallying stakeholders around a common understanding of goals which teams can be held accountable to. We will work with brand finance teams to determine budgets, KPIs, goals, and ROI.
